The National Board for Safeguarding Children in the Catholic Church in Ireland (the National Board) provides advice on all aspects of case management, including notification of allegations, support for the complainant, care and management of the respondent, preliminary investigations, restrictions on ministry and canonical processes.

This advice and support offered by staff from the National Office is separate from the work of the NCMC.
