This paper highlights the critical role of supervision in strengthening safeguarding practice within the life and ministry of the Church. This paper emphasises that supervision is not simply an administrative requirement, but a vital pastoral and theological responsibility that supports accountability, reflective practice, transparency, and the wellbeing of those engaged in ministry and safeguarding roles.
