AMRI/NBSCCCI Meeting

As we conclude our series of Ecclesiastical Provincial Area Meetings Sr Liz Murphy hosted an AMRI Meeting on Tuesday 4th December 2018, which was conducted by the National Office for Safeguarding Children.

The purpose of this event was for staff from the National Office to meet with Congregational, Provincial Leaders and other religious Church authorities,  Designated Liaison People (DLP) and trainers from religious congregations and missionary societies to discuss common issues of interest to further develop best practice in relation to safeguarding children. Topics for discussion included:  

  • GDPR
  • Review Methodology 
  • Mandatory Reporting
  • Update on Guidance
  • Update on Training

Time:       1.00- 3.00pm

 

PLEASENOTE

This was the final meeting to be held this year. If you have already attended previously the Metropolitan meetings in  the Armagh or Cashel areas (September and October) or are due to attend the Tuam Metropolitan meeting (26 Nov) or Dublin (29 Nov) it is not necessary to attend this AMRI meeting in Dublin.

The National Office will acknowledge the reservation of spaces on the course to each of the attendees and the person who is to be invoiced and if theres is a fee will request the person to be invoiced to send a cheque (made out to Coimirce, and including the Transaction ID from the booking email) for the total cost of training to
