Listening Meeting for DLPs and Advisory Panel Members

The National Board is engaging in a  series of “Listening meetings” to hear your views on the development/revision of two important policies –safeguarding adults in the Church and safeguarding children. 

At the meeting the National Board will share our plans for the development/revision of these policies and then ask questions and receive your comments which we will incorporate into draft documents.

We have developed a detailed project plan and are in the process of setting up working groups, to oversee this important work.

It is also our intention to consult widely with all relevant stakeholders including external partners priests and religious, complainants and respondents, children, their carers and vulnerable people.
