NBSCCCI had planned to host the final implementation meeting for the new standards with AMRI on the 7th of June.  This date had been published in our latest newsletter, but the date has now had to be postponed.  Once a new date is agreed we will write out to all Church authorities in the Dublin ecclesiastical area.

Terms of Reference

The final four Child Safeguarding Reviews, assessed against the Church’s 2009 Safeguarding Children Standards were conducted in 2015/6, but publication of the resulting Review Reports was deferred due to the statutory Historical Institutional Abuse Inquiry (HIA) taking place in Northern Ireland. Today the National Board for Safeguarding Children puclishes the four reports in addition to an Overview Report;
