The National Board has initiated a second phase of reviewing child safeguarding practice against the Church’s Standards “Safeguarding Children, Policy and Standards for the Catholic Church in Ireland, 2016”.

As part of trialling a revised methodology, two Church authorities (Diocese of Kilmores and Benedictines of Glenstal Abbey) agreed to participate.  The review reports are available by following these links Diocese of Kilmore and Benedictines of Glenstal Abbey.
